Neo Angono Artists Collective is based in the Angono region of the Philippines. Comprising visual artists, musicians, poets, writers, theater artists, filmmakers, critics, and researchers, the collective focuses on marginalized communities and attempts to engage with them through art. Besides producing installations, performances, and workshops, Neo Angono Artists Collective is well known for staging an enormous, dynamic parade with giant figures called Higantes twice a year in Angono.
