Artisan de la Truffe Paris
A restaurant specializing in truffle dishes, marking the first foray into Japan for the brand and bringing with them the same infatuation with French truffles as the main Parisian location. Chef Shigeki Sato (31) was with the Hôtel de Mikuni for 10 years before putting his skills to work in starred restaurants in Paris and Brittany, France. After returning to Japan he worked in a luxury hotel in Tokyo. They also use organic bread from Le Pain Quotidien. There are 6 bar counter seats, 55 table and 46 terrace.
